When will you arrive to my home?

We try our very best to be on time for all our appointments. We ask that you keep in mind that we are mobile and can run behind due to traffic, bad weather, or a dog requiring more individualized care than expected. We will provide you with a window of our arrival time of 1 hour. For example, if you book a 10 am appointment we will do our best to get there at 10, however our window of arrival time will be between 10 and 11 am.

How long will my dog's groom take?

No two dogs are the same and each requires their own special. An estimated length of groom time will be best determined after I have had a chance to take into consideration the dogs weight, temperament, coat condition and type of service needed. Grooming can take anywhere from 1-3 hours.

Do you need to connect to my electric or use the water in order to groom?

That's the best part, you relax in the comfort of your own home while we pamper your pooch in a 100% self contained mobile grooming spa! I park on the street and treat your beloved pet to the pampering of a lifetime. On very rare occasions we may ask to plug into your home to charge the trailer or fill up on water. This can happen on a day with a lot of clients or during the summer months.

Do you groom large breeds?

We do take appointments for large breed dogs but cannot comfortably accommodate extra large breeds in the grooming trailer.Example of large breeds we can accommodate: Golden Retriever, Labrador, Brittney Spaniel.

I live on a hill, can you still come to my home?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide service to homes that are located on a hill or incline. The van requires a level spot to park either in the driveway or in front of the home to insure proper weight distribution and an optimal grooming experience.

Will I be able to be in the trailer to watch my dog be groomed?

Due to liability reasons, I can not allow our clients to be in the van while their beloved dog gets pampered. I certainly understand your concern and curiosity, but rest assured that they are receiving the best care possible with me. I treat them like I would my own fur babies - as part of the family. They are returned to you with smiles and tail wags!

How much room do you need for your trailer?

I drive a truck and trailer so please allow a 25 foot space for parking.
